CANCELLATIONS
Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a student fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy.
After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, a $10 no-show fee will be charged
for each class they no-show without notification. Cancellations can be made through MindBody or emailing the studio.
Please be considerate of your fellow yogi’s by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.

Best if you avoid food 2-3 hours prior, in fact. But, if you’re hungry, go for a light snack like fruit or nuts.
We respect everyone’s practice. That means respecting their time and doing our best to minimize distractions once class starts, therefore, we don’t allow late admittance. This also allows you time to settle in and mentally prepare yourself for class.
We mostly like to say hi, but this also helps us stay organized. If you’re new, create a student account online with MindBody here, or we have a client registration at the front desk you can fill out.
This helps us keep things clean, and more importantly, helps preserve the sacred nature of our studio space. Cubbies are available in the locker rooms for shoes and other personal items. If you do not have a yoga mat or towel you may rent them from us before class.
We try to hold each and every practice sacred. Limiting distractions allows us to keep classes quiet, respectful and introspective.
Once you step into the yoga room, we ask that you save conversation for after class.
This helps us know how to assist you during practice and allows us to suggest proper modifications.
Drink plenty of water the day of your class and bring a bottle with you to class.
If you need to catch your breath, stay on your mat and lay down. Please do not walk into the yoga room while a class is in session.
During class, if you feel overwhelmed or your heart starts racing please rest in the child's pose or Savasana at any point. Please do not leave the studio room.
Making it to your mat is the hardest part. If you’d like to build endurance, don’t wait too long to schedule your next class!
