As Sean prepares to play in the College All-Star game in Phoenix tonight I would like to take a moment to brag not only on his stellar basketball skills, named 2024 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, but on his commitment to his yoga practice.
Sean’s unwavering dedication to the game follows him to his mat. It’s inspiring to see how he prioritizes his well-being and personal growth. Rain or Shine, busy schedule or not, Sean always finds the time to roll out his mat and dive into this practice. As he does each time he steps on the court, he approaches Yoga not just physically, but with such intention & mindfulness, a testament to his strength, discipline and dedication to his own journey.
It’s has truly been an honor to get to know Sean, to watch him grow and succeed on and off his mat.

It focuses on promoting balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit through various practices including herbal medicine, diet, massage, yoga, and meditation. Ayurveda views each person as a unique combination of three doshas (energies) – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – and seeks to maintain or restore their equilibrium to prevent illness and promote well-being.
