ABOUT LINDSAY



Lindsay started incorporating vinyasa hot yoga into her fitness routine in 2020

It wasn't until she was introduced to Yin Yoga last year, as well as the slower, gentler, restorative forms of yoga, that she began falling in love with the practice. Her she found a deep passion to want to practice more compassionately and mindfully, learning to meet herself on the mat, right where she was.


Lindsay found healing and grace in her practice, and knew she wanted to be able to facilitate this for others. Breathwork, slowing down, being present, and letting go of expectations are the biggest gifts she found through yoga, and now she wants to be able to give that gift to others as well.



Lindsay completed her YTT-200 at Lotus in June 2024.
