ABOUT SAMANTHA



Samantha started her regular practice with 60-minute hot yoga classes in 2018 and kept exploring yoga from there. Through yoga, she found a way to move her body that resonated with her, and that practice created a connection between her mind and body, and between movement and breath that she had not experienced.


She loved the way she felt and kept returning to the practice almost instinctively. Many improvements in life came in the areas of self-esteem, discipline, confidence, and appreciation for her body. This connection was the catalyst that put her on a path to being in the best mental and physical health she’s ever been in.


Samantha believes everyone can benefit from regular yoga practice, of whatever form and is excited to be able to be a part helping others find their practice.


She completed her 200hr YTT here at Lotus in June 2024.
